Graeme Pryke - Managing Director - Instructor
Graeme has been working with young people for the last few years, working on the fringes of outdoor and social education as a Scout Leader. He has completed all of his training through the scout leadership programme and has completed the 'Manager Training' for developing young people and Adults; As well as supporting the young people through their learning Graeme is also a 'Training Advisor' for Adult volunteers completing their training.
As an active Group Scout Leader, Graeme works as part of the management team with a local Scout District, while remaining a trustee for two charities.
In a previous life, Graeme worked in businesses relating to telecoms, software, sales and business development, before becoming involved in the scouting movement.
Michael Anderson-Jones - Director - Instructor
Michael is an experienced Bushcraft professional and is qualified to Level 4 in both Advanced Bushcraft and Woodland Management for Conservation and Recreational Purpose.
He has a passion for Bushcraft and anything outdoors, particularly in the woods and is keen to share his knowledge and understanding with others, helping people to further their learning and overcome personal challenges, by showing them what the great outdoors has to offer.
David Knight - Director - Instructor
David became a scout leader in 2001. In 2010 He became a group scout leader for 11th medway. And in 2019 he joined the District Commissioner Team helping to support the 20 scout groups in medway.
It was scouting that made David realise that he really enjoyed working with children. Whilst scouting was giving him plenty of experience he realised he would need qualifications to pursue a career in that field. He went on to complete a degree in youth and childhood studies. Before he completed the degree he and his wife Tracy became foster parents. So far in their career they have looked after and supported many Children during 17 years.
David met Graeme through scouting and watched Great Leaps start its journey. When an opportunity arose for David to help out he jumped in with both feet!
