Our experiences are designed to support 'you'. We aim to make the experience you choose or create with us, one that enables you to 'recharge your battery'.

A Free event for people to get away from the hustle and bustle of their daily environment and simply relax in a woodland environment, with the option of a gentle walk.
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits Provided. Please wear appropriate footwear.

Woodland Wellness
Working with Involving Medway to deliver wellness sessions in the woods to help in combatting social isolation and improving mental health for participants from Medway and Swale.
We are making sessions available to residents of Medway and Swale over the next six months. These sessions are designed to group people together and create new social networks for residents that have struggled with social inclusion and poor mental health during the period of Covid-19. to book onto theses sessions please follow the link here so that you can select your dates. the programme will cover
