Mental health & wellbeing

Mental health, wellbeing and wellness are essential components of everyday life that many people take for granted.

The woodland provides an ideal setting to take time for yourself and ‘recharge your battery’.

We provide a regular series of “Open Canopy” events to support adult mental health and wellbeing.

Working with the Shaw Trust and local organisations including Live Well Kent and Medway, Involving Medway and Kent Community Foundation we’re able to provide events that are free to attend.
