Tracy
Tracy has had many jobs in her working life including Retail assistant and Management, Financial Advisor, PA for people with additional needs, and as a foster parent for 19 years with her husband David.
During her time as a foster parent, she has worked with many children from different backgrounds, ethnicities and abilities. She has always enjoyed working with young people and over the last 3 years has helped out with summer Medway Go sessions at Great Leaps and joined the team full time in 2025.
Tracy also has a degree in Human Nutrition and Certificate in Therapeutic Fostering and has studied up to level 6 in British Sign Language.
In her spare time Tracy enjoys cooking and baking.
